Website Terms

Updated October 6, 2026

These terms describe use of the Provisions Films portfolio website. Production services are agreed separately with each client.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm availability, create a booking or require payment. Scope, fees, deposits, delivery dates, revisions, usage rights and cancellation or refund arrangements must be set out in the applicable project agreement before work begins. This website does not impose a general non-refundable deposit policy.

Portfolio and ownership

Films, photographs, logos and other materials may belong to Provisions Films, clients, collaborators or other rights holders. Display on this website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to download, reproduce or commercially use the work. Contact us for licensing or permissions. Client confidentiality and permission to use completed work in a portfolio are addressed in the project agreement.

Third-party links and equipment

Google Forms, Vimeo, Instagram and Amazon are external services. Their terms and policies apply when you use them. Product descriptions are general references; check the seller’s current listing for the exact model, compatibility, included accessories, price and availability before purchasing. Some product backgrounds have been restyled for presentation; the seller’s listing is the reference for product details.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website or submit material that infringes others’ rights. Only share project materials that you are authorized to provide.

Website availability

We aim to keep portfolio information accurate and the website available, but links and content may change. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
